Actually, Rick was a drinker and never smoked that stuff, while the others did. He later gave up the drink around the time when I first encountered him, standing next to him in the queue for food before his gig.

I wouldn't consider this a cover. Horn and Downes originally wrote it with Yes (as "Into The Lens"), and then the two reworked it into "I Am A Camera" in 1981. It's similar to the story of Rockpile's "They Called It Rock" and Nick Lowe's "Shake and Pop", two (mostly) identical songs performed by the original artist but with a different lineup.

I hope GFTO gets a much-needed remix and remaster from the original multi-tracks if possible. The album was terribly mixed and mastered with way too much compression.

I wish Jon knew how meaningful his music and this album is to me. I was 16 at the time and I was spellbound and deeply inspired by Yes and Jon.

This album still sounds fresh to me, after 49 years. This was the direction I hoped prog rock would go, but sadly, it really never did. In my humble opinion, this is the best prog record ever. There - I said it. Thanks so much for posting!
